This Cane's has been slacking every time I visit. Never before have I been asked to wait on an order at a Cane's but it has happened here twice now, and in both instances the ppl behind me have received their orders at the window. The quality of service one expects at Cane's has very much declined at this location.

I rarely ever leave reviews on anything, but the meal I got from here today was my last straw with this location. How do I order “extra crispy” chicken, (because this location seems to undercook it all the time) and I get 2 tenders I literally couldn’t even force myself to chew through? Not even gonna bother trying to get anything refunded or remade, instead just gonna go buy another meal somewhere else for dinner the same day. It’s a miracle if no one has gotten salmonella from this location at this point.

My wife and I truly enjoy Raising Cane’s and dine at this location at least once a week. While it may not be the healthiest option, the food is consistently satisfying. That said, there’s room for improvement when it comes to the service.

On May 6th around 6:15 PM, I went through the drive-thru and was handed a drink that was filled to the point of overflowing and seeping thru the lid. Kudos, but because it tilted slightly when passed to me, which is understandable, the liquid already seeping through the lid spilled all over my hand and shorts. Granted they were work clothes but still. What if they weren’t? I know she noticed and didn’t even offer napkins or apologize.
Additionally, it appeared that the employee at the window was reluctant to hand me my food and instead asked a manager or team lead to do so. While I can’t say for certain what prompted that, it would be more professional to wait until the drive-thru window is closed before making remarks or switching out staff during customer interaction.

We love this location and hope to continue enjoying it, but I would appreciate a bit more attentiveness and professionalism in the service moving forward.

Greasy chicken

Absolutely pitiful, I placed a to go order here today and I really wish I never did, the fries were cold and mushy, the tenders are bland and cold and the my drink felt like 90 percent ice and only 10 percent tea and don’t even get me started on the wait time it felt like my order was never coming out and only having a 45 minute lunch made me not be able to eat my food until my next class cause of that wait time

This was the first time I had these chicken tenders. They're the best. Crunchy, juicy, and a good amount. Everyone should try them

I’m a big fan of the chain, the food and usually the people.

The problem was waiting nearly 15 minutes in curbside (it was around 1030-11 on a Thursday so not busy at all) and when I finally walked in, the crew was casual and friendly. I told them I had a curbside order and they got it for me, it was sitting on a rack next to the door.

The girl apologized and said they should have walked it out to me.

Thanks Raising Canes but yall need to get more attentive at this location, this is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened.
