Don’t use DoorDash from this location.
They place the order, always cancels it after an hour of wait!
It made us wait 1 hours and then canceled it after that time even though two drivers went to pick up.
I’m very disappointed with my experience. We waited nearly 2 hours for our order, and instead of receiving it, the order was canceled and the restaurant got closed. If the restaurant was unable to fulfill the order, we should have been notified much earlier. Waiting that long only to have the order canceled was frustrating and unacceptable. I hope management improves communication and customer service to prevent this from happening to others.

I always enjoy going to Cane's for a good meal. For me the best tenders in all San Antonio TX.
The food was very good. Not more pricey than any other place.

Had to order to go. Didn't know how the process went. We arrived and while I was trying to set up my app they brought my food out. Didn't wait long!! Thanks for the great service!

if you're gonna order through their app, don't pick curbside. sat an extra 15 minutes and eventually had to go inside to pick up my order. now its cold, thanks canes.
