This was not a prix fixe menu. This was a last ditch effort to host a valentines dinner w banquet food. It was honestly insulting. If this was not their last night in business no other restaurant would have dared served grocery store butter roles and a pre plated dinner ensemble. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves- if the same owner opens up under the new restaurant we will not be back.

Took my wife here for her 40th birthday, I had it written down on the notes for the reservation, but, unfortunately, nobody paid attention. Our server was okay, wasn't the best in service for spending over $250. Supposedly there was a different menu, a fix menu, but we didn't get that for some reason. Their Filet is the best, I would give them credit for that. I mentioned to the server it was my wife's bday, but nothing special done, which I was surprised. I wouldn't necessarily go back, but the Filet Mignon is very good.

Delicious. Portion sizes were just right. Drinks were delicious. Dessert was yummy. Steak was perfectly cooked.

Heres the feedback, As promised. I Cant number how many times Ive come to this restaurant and enjoyed spending $200 plus. Havent been in some time and figured it would be great place to celebrate my anniversary. How disappointing, the food wasnt the best but we decided to enjoy each others company instead of making a big deal. When the main course of a NY strip came it was way under. We sent it back, in hopes of it tasting better with a greater cook temp. Our server did his best to accommodate but after sending the steak back the second time we heard Ms.Andrea (bartender or manager whatever she was) say “..but they ate half of it, it is Med Well”. Wow Really?! #1 Oh how this ruin my anniversary because this embarrassing and unnecessary comment #2.How disgusting and class-less it is for me as the customer to listen to you yapping so loud that I can hear you from the dining room about a table that has nothing to do with you. #3. You were so clueless to know how a MW steak should be cooked because the steak was still rare when cutting thru middle of it. #4 Had we not heard your comment we wouldve gladly change the entree and continued making the best of the evening. Austin, the “manager” came to the table. He didnt really seem embarrassed but instead preferred to change the subject. He did seem to listen and he also corrected the bill. Well Thanks for trying but - I was So frustrated that I couldnt even care to pay for anything (although I did) or reply to his gestures because I was so offended. Its not about the price, Previously I continued dining with Rebelle because I felt like the service and food were well worth every penny. Ms.Andreas behavior needs to be corrected. THIS WAS REALLY SAD ; THAT THIS IS HOW I ENJOYED MY ANNIVERSARY AT REBELLE. Sb: sadly didnt get pics

The service was outstanding. The server was so attention it felt personal. The place was not busy whatsoever on this Friday night however it added to the attentiveness and ambiance. The oysters and scallops were delicious

The place is nice, the menu variety is scarce, the service regular , the valet parking slow. I was expecting a bit more, for the money paid.

This food quality is amazing. The lobster is up there with the northeast coastal region. Well worth the trip. We will definitely be back.

Food was just ok but our waiter was great. They forgot our potatoes, warm sourdough was served cold and the cioppino was very gritty. The chocolate cake was the star of the show.

Restaurants generally in hotels aren't the best. Wish I'd done better research before dining here.

We valeted, and while walking to our table, we were hit with a foul smell like I'm about to dine in the sewer.

For the most part, our meal was ok except for my raw lamb chops.

Don't think I'll dine here again.

What can I say, this was fine dining at its finest. The service was great, and the atmosphere is what you'd expect from a restaurant that's inside of a grand hotel. Presentation of every dish was food art. You know the chef went to a culinary school. It's definitely not home cooking and is on the higher side of one's taste pallet, it was a good foodie experience. I'm glad we got to check them out.

I went there for my birthday with some guests and it was not that great. I went to the bathroom and it was disgusting. The toilets were backed up and I told both the hostess and the front desk to do something about it. The food was okay. It wasn't the best. I would never come back here again.

As someone who has lived in San Antonio all my life, I can't believe I only recently discovered this gem! Rebelle is truly a standout in the city’s dining scene. The moment you step into the beautifully designed space inside the historic St. Anthony Hotel, you know you're in for something special.

The chef is nothing short of amazing—every dish is crafted with precision and creativity. But the steak? Absolutely phenomenal! Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and hands down one of the best I’ve had in the city.

The combination of top-notch food, an incredible atmosphere, and the unique setting within such a cool, historic hotel makes Rebelle a must-visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dining experience that truly shines.

The restaurant smelled so horrible inside like something rotten or dead and we could not stand it and decided to change location, the valet now extorted us saying we needed to pay for paroking regardless and it is no more complimentary, overall poor service and terible experience.
