Did an online order, which was super easy to use. I did run into a small hiccup when I needed to add a last minute meal and the website didn’t allow me, seems like it was a glitch? so I called the restaurant and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Once I arrived, pick up was smooth. They made sure all of the food was put together with no issues. By the way, it was so refreshing seeing all the staff members with smiles.

Walked in at 2:10pm for a late lunch and was greeted by and empty hostess station that was then empty for 15min until the manager arrived and informed us that it would be a 15 minute wait, so a 30 min wait because you couldn’t come to the station and check in the patrons that were waiting. Her attitude was atrocious, very disrespectful and unprofessional

Never been to Red Robin in my life so this was a first for me. Our server was wonderful and the food was alright, however, if you’re going to advertise a burger as Smashed Avocado and Bacon, there better be a good amount of avocado and bacon on the burger. And the portion size for $17 was genuinely ridiculous. A $17 burger should be huge and there should be more than a tiny splash of avocado and more than two little strips of bacon on it. My boyfriend got the Madlove burger, and he also barely had avocado on his burger, which, again, if you’re gonna advertise certain toppings, there should be a decent amount of them on the burger. And again, the portion size does not match the price at all. I could go to a fast food place and get a bigger burger with all my desired toppings for half the price, which is unfortunate. The fries were great, as was the pretzel bite appetizer, and our server was lovely and very attentive.

No recommendation for pickup yesterday at 6 pm. I buy a salad avo cobb with grill chicken and Not Add the Chicken grilled and asking for forks and same Nothing. Wow and the service. This is my frist time and will be my last time to go. I expend $37.11 plus tip 5 cash and I pick up inside for one salad 🥗 16.99 and one hamburger. 🍔. Very disappointed I funded the person take the order o ready put tip automatic in the receipt and I don’t have my glasses to read so he told me only sign. So I believe he get double tip around.

For almost $60 for two burgers and fries, you would think the food would be excellent right?? Wrong. These restaurants get away with so much when it comes to delivery orders. Missing extra fries, burnt burger buns, etc. Absolutely atrocious food tonight.

I've always liked Red Robin. Love their Royal burger with the egg. Bottomless fries is cool and I like that they have their seasoning shakers on each table. Never been disappointed here.
