Good Barbacoa but I wouldn’t get hyped for the tamales unless you’re into almost all masa tamales.

This morning before work my daughter was craving barbacoa and of course I had to request a small menudo. I wasn’t able to eat it but I said to put it away for me. Finally the moment I get to enjoy it. 8:20pm. I must say I’m very dissatisfied with the serving that was given :/ I’m not sure if you’ll were running low but the amount of hominy and meat ratio was very off. I’ve never been served menudo like this regardless of the size I order. I was going to heat it up and enjoy it but instead I’ll pass. Our order consisted of a #1 xtra half lb of barbacoa, small menudo ,xtra pack of corn tortillas. Sadly I’ll have to find a new place. We don’t live close anyway but it used to be worth the drive.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rios Barbacoa is hands down my favorite! Their barbacoa is absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and not super greasy. The tortillas are amazing too, soft, fresh, and never soggy even by the time you finish eating. They have a drive thru and are always super quick, plus every employee I’ve met has been extremely nice and friendly. I can’t get barbacoa from anywhere else because nothing compares to this place!

Must have the menudo! We always go here on the weekends to buy barbacoa. The barbacoa is clean and tasty. We tried the menudo this weekend, and it was delicious. Will order again. The lady at the window is super friendly!
Rios Barbacoa on Huebner is always 5 Star their manager and staff are always on point and very courteous. The barbacoa, corn tortillas, salsa, avocado and Big Red are always on point. Their barbacoa is never greasy and to me that speaks volumes…

This was my first visit to the Huebner. location. I was greeted as soon as I opened the door. What a refreshing surprise!
It looked very clean inside and the menu options were clearly visible. Business was steady, but there was no line. I as in and out in less than 5 minutes. And, they helped me carry my items to the car.
The food was awesome. I ordered menudo, barbacoa and chicharrones.
