Rios Barbacoa on Huebner is always 5 Star their manager and staff are always on point and very courteous. The barbacoa, corn tortillas, salsa, avocado and Big Red are always on point. Their barbacoa is never greasy and to me that speaks volumes…

Rios Barbacoa is hands down my favorite! Their barbacoa is absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and not super greasy. The tortillas are amazing too, soft, fresh, and never soggy even by the time you finish eating. They have a drive thru and are always super quick, plus every employee I’ve met has been extremely nice and friendly. I can’t get barbacoa from anywhere else because nothing compares to this place!
