I ordered off of Uber eats and my food arrived warm. I love the way it was packaged; meat separated by parchment in a pan and then covered with foil. They sent a crazy amount of bread, decent sized bags of pickles and onions, and 4 BBQ sauce. I got 1/4 pound each of turkey, ribs (2 ribs), brisket, and half link jalapeno sausage. My only complaint was the brisket was dry and chewy and everything was a bit under seasoned but everything else was cooked well. Overall, it's decent bbq but nothing special.

Bake potato bland no flavor, even though it had brisket and chop meat. The guy before me look better then mine and probably taste better, cashier appeared nice but was given no fork nor napkins.

Nice place... we went for a late dinner, and I guess the meat was a little dry but was flavorful. I will return doing lunch hours to check it out again. The people are very friendly.

1st time trying Rudy's. 2 stars are because of the jalapeño sausage, mac and cheese and the bbq sauce, literally the only things that were good. I got the brisket sandwich, had to drown it in the sauce because the meat was so dry and over cooked that it was partially inedible. The pork ribs were equally dry and burnt in places. The banana pudding was obviously made with jello instant pudding mix. They certainly earned the name of worst bbq. And i thought bill miller's was bad.

Had to repeat my order about 4 times to 3 different people. When I got home the brisket I got was insulting, and almost inedible. Tough gray old meat. It was so bad that even after spending 100 dollars on the meal I had to give the bulk of it to the dog. I called to tell them, I DIDNT ask for a refund or anything because I just wanted them to know, because I understand things happen. However, the woman on the phone did not seem concerned. She said I would get a call back from the store manager which never happened. They used to be good, but after this, i won't be going back. Especially after I went out of my way to give them an opportunity to fix it but they didn't seem to care. The product was so bad I was embarrassed as a Texan that's being served here. Disgraceful.
