So, I roll up to Rudy’s at 3 p.m. on a Friday, craving some of their overpriced fish everyone raves about, only to be greeted by—wait for it—a rent-a-cop informing me it’s closed until 6 p.m. Because, of course, serving food during normal eating hours is just too much to ask. It’s not like people might want lunch or anything, right?
