Not a good experience, unfortunately. Had a bartender, she was a shorter Latina girl, I believe her name was Lo. Very disrespectful to patrons and spent so much time badmouthing instead of pouring drinks and entertaining. Even the other patrons were rolling their eyes. The food was actually pretty good. The atmosphere is nice other than the negative energy from the bartender girl. The place seems pretty clean, but it was evening, so kinda dark. Overall, I'd rather go somewhere else. The main reason I go to a bar is to socialize with positive, fun people. This wasn't the vibe. Boo.

I got 2 tacos, wife got grilled shrimp bowl and 2 chicken tenders kids meals. Tacos were not good. Meat rather tough. The grilled shrimp bowl was so salty, shrimp, beans, rice... all of it was very, very salty. So salty in fact half of the meal could only be consumed. The kids chicken tenders were way overcooked. I asked my daughter if she likes her food. She said it's hard. I said hard? So I grabbed a tender, took a bite and after biting into the tender it was so tough in fact I could not pull the remaining tender out of my mouth. 3 meals, 3 regrets. I feel bad about suggesting to try this place. Won't go back. Oh the sprite is flat as well.

Loved Rustys when it first came out but jts significantly declining as time goes on the quality of the guests they attract and the food are going down hill when it first opened it was me and my families faviorite places but each time we go slightly more and more disappointed. The food gets worse taco of the month was missing from the menu this time which was a fun thing I always ordered. Secondly the resteraunt had people at the bar that kep howling as loud as they could like animals or something weird which sure do your thing but after evereytime they did it they turned around and stared at me and my family unsure if they were trying to get a rise out of us but we pretended to not notice them as we had been the entire meal rheres fun and theres clearly trying to annoy the peoolie around you but mainly what's gojng on with the food the tacos used to be so good and now I'm just left wanting wapo taco is less fun but better flavored and is less loud and annoying and cheaper prices would reccomend them if you want tacos and yes I'll delete this review if they ever fix them selves
Kid-friendliness: With the behavior of the people at the bar I do not reccomend coming with your kids starting to focus on alcohol over food quality in my opinion a good place to get drunk though if that's your thing

We eat here often, and the food is usually good. However, our recent delivery experience through the restaurant’s website was disappointing. After receiving an email advertising a new burrito, we decided to try it. Unfortunately, when our order arrived, the burrito was missing.
My husband called the restaurant to clarify, but the gentleman who answered interrupted him mid-explanation with a dismissive “We didn’t get it.” The responses were short and apathetic, and we were informed that they don’t carry the burrito—even though it was listed on their website and we were charged for it.
Eventually, the call was handed over to the owner, who repeated the same explanation and issued a refund for the burrito. However, there was no proactive communication from their side; they hadn’t planned to inform us about the missing item.
If you’re planning to order delivery, I recommend using DoorDash instead. It’s much easier and the service is friendlier.

We went today for lunch and had the most awful experience. The minute we started ordering the man taking our order was overwhelmed after saying one food item and then took a phone call (while we were ordering) saying "when are you coming in??? We're SLAMMED". There were three people in line at at most 10 others in the restaurant. Our food was wrong, of course, and they accused us of not paying for an item, even though we had. When we pointed it out they were obviously irritated that we caught it. The man making the food was making the food with an un-gloved hand. Someone else in our party waited 20 minutes longer than us for two tacos and her shrimp was raw.

I got the baja shrimp crispy bowl that comes with white rice red cabbage black beans and baja sauce and it was delishhh also got the cheeseburger taco and the team fave which was also packed with flavor and so good. Highly recommend...
