Extremely Disappointed!! Please READ
I had a truly alarming experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House that I need to share — especially for anyone with food allergies. I have a serious egg allergy, which I communicated to our server multiple times. I asked about dessert options and was reassured it was safe. Still uneasy, I called the restaurant multiple times to verify whether the dessert contained egg, but Sebastian
could give me a clear answer.

Out of frustration and concern, I ended up calling another Ruth’s Chris location, where I finally got the truth: the dessert does contain egg.

Unfortunately, by that point, I had already eaten it — and I had a visible allergic reaction on my face shortly afterward. This was not only incredibly distressing but also dangerous. What’s worse is that the staff didn’t seem to take it seriously and showed little urgency in addressing the situation.

This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially from a restaurant with Ruth’s Chris’s reputation and price point. Food allergies are life-threatening, and the lack of clear information and accountability put my health at serious risk.

I will not be returning, and I strongly caution anyone with dietary restrictions to be extremely careful if you choose to dine here.

Went to Ruth's Chris Steak House, and it was beyond spectacular. The service was amazing and kind. The tour of the kitchen was very clean and organized. The food was so delicious and fresh with amazing care with every plate. The overall atmosphere was calm and a place where you can feel relaxed with amazing food.

It’s Ruth’s Chris. Always delicious steaks. Pricey but if you’re going there you know that, quality food and service.

This is a beautiful restaurant. Very nice greeters at the front reception, but tense dinner. My 83 year-old Mom was disrespected and ignored in each interaction with our waiter. He was super nice in the beginning but after ordering he couldn’t get us out of there fast enough. Disappointing when you spend $350 for two people. Acknowledge your guests and treat them with respect, and don’t rush them. Btw my Mom works full time and paid for dinner, which shouldn’t matter, but she got no respect. Jose was fantastic when he came to pack up our dinner. He poured us some more wine and was truly gracious and authentic while our waiter was MIA. Our waiter had stated he would pour more wine earlier without asking if she wanted wine, she said no thank you , and after that it went downhill. Cut off like a dead limb. I hate that my Mom felt so ignored. That is the main thing. The oysters Rockefeller were good, the cowboy steak was tasty except big chunks of fat, but great flavor, cooked rare instead of MR but it was yummy. Delicious twice-baked. But hard to enjoy with that type of treatment. He also said he would give her space with the bill but then hovered over her while she paid. NOT GOOD vibe. In retrospect I wish I had stood up and asked him to walk off. He also decided to instruct us on oyster etiquette. You should turn over your oysters when finished. It was interesting, but condescending. We won’t be back.

The steak me and my husband had were amazing however the steamed broccoli was not fully steamed and was hard and the mashed potatoes tasted like boxed mashed potatoes? Not sure if home made mashed potatoes are used or not. This place is great for steak..I'd still recommend to other's!

First time at this location, I appreciate the steak at Ruth's Chris. We arrived for a holiday and were surprised to find a dress code posted yet there quite a few younger patrons not adhering to the posted rules. Patricia was out server and she was very attentive. Overall the food was excellent with the exception of my petite filet slightly over cooked. However overall quite a pleasant lunch out.

Terrible service I have been coming to this restaurant for the last 5 years this time Service and customer service was terrible do not waste your money!!! Will never come back to this place I usually leave $100 dollars tip at least this time not even $1 dollar tip they lost a client for life!!!!!!

Delicious. Ruth Chris never disappoints. First time at this location. Steak came out sizzling, delicious, seasoned to perfection for that moment, mashed potatoes, perfect. Asparagus perfect. Appetizers, enjoyable. I chose a Cabernet to pair with my NY strip, medium bold, all very nice. The rest of my party also enjoyed their selections. The Lacantera location is also, very nicely decorated, we will visit again.

We visit often and sit in the bar area to take advantage of their affordable and delicious happy hour menu. The burger and fries are amazing for happy hour.

Amazing steaks, appetizers, sides, lobster and hospitality. Our waiter was on point and truly made our night feel exclusive! Sorry for keeping yall late but we were enjoying the nice atmosphere yall provided and time just got away from us! We will definitely be back

We are here for our 19th wedding anniversary. The food was exceptional, our service was even better. Thank you, Doryan for an amazing experience on our special day. ❤️
Sidenote: Cheesecake was on point.

Absolutely one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time! The food, service, staff and atmosphere were all top-notch. The staff made our anniversary very memorable and beautiful.
