Restaurant does not know how to handle guest events. If I go somewhere where you want me to pay $155 for a tomahawk ribeye I would like to not hear people screaming so I could enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Honestly Whataburger is a quieter environment to eat and enjoy your food than this establishment.

Outstanding service, as always. We have dined at Ruth Chris locations for over 20 years and this locations has to be the best one. Today my wife and I celebrated our 34th anniversary and your staff made this another unforgettable experience.
Sebastian called me to ensure my reservation time and occasion on this special day. He informed me that my arrangement for my wife had arrived and that the flowers would be at our table. He was professional and very courteousness. Prior to our arrival, I called Sebastian to see if we could arrive earlier and he ensured me that whenever we arrived, he and his staff would ensure we were seated when we were ready. Once we arrived I met Sebastian and thanked him for calling and taking my call.
At our table, Doryan was attentive and so polite. He checked on us constantly to ensure we were taken care of. He made our anniversary date so special, since we were seated at our table. He even went above and beyond in congratulating us on our anniversary. I walked to the bathroom and one my way there and back, your entire staff greeted me with a smile and with professionalism.
The dinning manager asked if we were happy and if we had any questions, again professional and courteous.

Have you ever been charged for an ice cube? Yes! I was charged $3 for a large rock. Couldn't believe it! Steak was perfect. Sides were delicious. Service was great. Atmosphere was nice, except for the high top, light weight metal chairs with loose cushions at the bar. Why would you put cheap patio chairs at the bar at such a wonderful restaurant? Prices were pretty ridiculous. My wife and I don't mind spending money on great food, drinks, and service. But, $280 for a couple of drinks 2 entrees and 2 sides...? Hopefully, we will go back...not sure, unfortunately.

Ruth's Chris Steak House never disappoints! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The food? Absolutely phenomenal! The steaks were perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The sides and desserts were just as outstanding. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it the perfect place for a special occasion or a night out. Highly recommend Ruth's Chris for anyone looking for top-tier dining. We'll definitely be back!

Husband and I came out on a Thursday night for a quick date night dinner. RJ's service was impeccable. The food was amazing as always, I mean it's Ruth Chris 😋. Juan ensured we were well taken care of in the dining area. Their customer service is an experience all in itself. This hidden gem in La Cantera is a must visit.

This is a five star steak house. You can't go wrong, the is top notch, food is excellent and it's white table cloth. And yes it's expensive but they earn every penny and they make sure you are satisfied. We ordered take out for our group and all of the food was perfect, steaks potatoes and salads.

Tonight we had our 51st anniversary dinner at Ruth's Chris. We had the best service and delicious food. Our server, Hector, did such a great job. Every employee including manager came by to wish us Happy Annuversary! And they gave us delicious cheesecake. Felt really special tonight. Thank you!
