Disappointed in the overall experience. Steak was tough and not as good of quality as I have experienced at other Ruth Chris locations. Waiter was nice but there was another lady that kept coming around and attempted to take our plates while we were still eating... and the plates were full of food and no were close to being empty. I had to tell her 3 times to not take our plates while we were still eating. Very annoying and made us feel rushed. The total for just 2 people was over $300 including tip, and for that amount it should have been a much better experience.
Food - great. Every single item was seasoned and cooked perfectly Atmosphere / Ambience - great Staff - great Waiter & assistants - great. Will was our waiter; he was extremely helpful, polite, and provided exceptional service Restroom - extremely clean
Great food and even better service. Free valet parking. Ribeye was delicious and tender; the cream spinach was definitely made with fresh spinach and was perfectly seasoned; the ravioli appetizer was spot on! Don't be afraid to say it's your first time, your server will walk you through everything and give you a couple of important notes.

Great evening all the way around. BRING BACK THE BREAD PUDDING! Desert selection is blah. Why do restaurants insist on having crème brûlée?? That desert is so 2000 and played out.
I wanted to share my recent experience dining at your establishment with Ruth Chris. While we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and ambiance, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we encountered. We arrived at 9:45 PM and were disappointed to learn that we could only order food and not wine or cocktails as the bar was closed. This was surprising to us, especially since your hours of operation are until 10:00 PM, and we observed other tables being served wine from the bar. Despite this initial setback, I must commend your management team for rectifying the situation promptly, which helped elevate our overall experience. It's Ruth's Chris, what else can I say!!! We went for my daughter's 25th birthday dinner. As always Ruth's Chris delivered amazing food, service and environment. If you haven't been, you are truly cheating yourself of 5 star dining.

The only reason I'm writing this review is because I find it ridiculous that they charge for ice for a drink. Literally paying $6 USD for ice is absurd. Nowhere else have I seen anything like this; they should find better ways to pad the bill for customers than this. If they're going to do this, they should either include it in the total or at least notify that the ice is made of holy water and costs extra. The good thing is that I ordered them to go since I didn't finish them Lol.

In my opinion, this is the best burger in town, hands down. Happy hour special burger for $11. I love coming here.
I do not typically make reviews but considering how much was spent on dinner it is warranted. Service was decent so no issues there but the food was terrible and not up to par with the other locations in town. The crab cakes were over cooked but still tasty. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out well done so I had to send it back. And when I got my new steak it was undercooked and completely flavorless. We ordered a side of lobster mac and cheese that was lukewarm when it came out. We skipped dessert as I didn’t want to chance it. Go to Myron’s instead.

Steaks were fantastic. Much better than the steak we had at JPrime last week. Sides were good as well. Our server, Owen, was personable and very nice. We enjoyed talking about the east coast with him. But we never received our salads that we ordered, and had to ask for bread 2x. I asked the busser for tongs to serve the broccolini, but by the time we received them, we didn't need them. The restaurant wasn't crowded nor busy. I don't know why the service team dropped the ball 3x.
Oysters took a long time to get to the table + weren't scraped off of their shells, but everything else was great otherwise. Ribeye was delicious, and so was the salmon. Patricia is a great server.

The food and service wete excellent. There were 2 big disappointments. The french onion soup is no longer offered and bread pudding is no longer on the menu. The french onion soup was replaced with vegetable soup. We do not go to a restaurant like Ruths Cris for vegetable soup. I can get that anywhere. The french onion soup was fantastic..a special treat. The fact that the bread pudding is no longer on the menu shows that the new owners don't know where this restaurant started...new Orleans. These omissions will affect our future dining decisions. Loved the seafood tower.

Unfortunately the experience was horrible here. My first time at a Ruth’s Chris. The bathrooms were disgusting!!! The food took forever, the steak was good. Service was ok considering she had a lot of tables. Definitely won’t go back. I’ll stick to Eddie V’s.Total disappointment!
