WORST SERVICE. We came to celebrate my husbands birthday and our waiter ignored us all night got burnt steak and then put my husbands membership card in his apron and when we asked for it back he called my husband a liar and told us he never took it later the manager came to turn it in to my husband after they “ found it” then I spoke to the manager about the terrible experience and told me atleast they fixed the steak and got it right the SECOND time. Let me start by saying we are regulars at the I10 and huebner location. First time at the cinema ridge location and it will be our last. We requested to sit at the bar and seating was prompt, our server came within 10 minutes to get our drink order, we asked for the salt grass signature margarita- the Don Juan, the server had no idea what it was and asked the bartender who seemed to kind of know but was not so sure.
