I was really looking forward to the Girls Dinner special, but unfortunately the bad service left a bad taste in my mouth. Food was the only good thing about it. My friends and I wanted to get a second drink, but it took way too long and we had already finished our meal so we just decided to close out . Server seemed like she didn’t want to be there, despite our orders being pretty simple, just 3 orders of the ‘girl dinner’. She made a couple of mistakes with our order, which is ok… but not apologetic at all just said “ok”. She didn’t even deliver most of our food and the male manager seemed to have better customer service skills. I’d like to think it was just an off day.

I went with a friend and we were really looking forward to trying out the 'Girl Dinner Special' here, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The experience walking in was confusing, as no one was there to assist with seating and no one checked on us. When we finally got a spot at the bar, we waited about 45 minutes for our food, and only got it after repeatedly checking in with the staff (who also refused to make eye contact with us). The drinks were not great, and they were served in the wrong glassware, and they tasted awful. To top it off, we were given plastic cutlery while everyone else had regular utensils. And to make matters worse, my friend found a hair in her food! When it was time to get the bill (bc we wanted to get out of there asap), the bartender also took a while getting us our tab and no discounts or apologies were given for our negative experience. Overall, it was not the experience we were hoping for and we are definitely not coming back. We will be urging our friends not to waste their time/money too.

Thank you guys for making my Son’s 21st a wonderful experience. You guys exceeded our expectations and made it an enjoyable evening for my family and friends. The drinks were on point and Matthew really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Staff was amazing, as always!

The place is just OK. Service is what is lacking the most. Ive been here more than a few times, and it seems if you are not a regular, the service is subpar: many times I had to wait more than 5 min before someone comes over or have to basically flail hands to get atrention. And then, once you do get the bartenders attention, they dont seem to be in the happiest mood. Meanwhile, a regular comes in and is served right away.
As for the food, the female chef who works during the day is a lot better than the male at night. Makes tastier dishes and will do minor modifications if you request. When I ordered a pizza with the male chef, I asked for extra sauce, not extra cheese, but someone he couldn't understand that, even after remaking the pizza twice.
The positive is they have plenty of tvs to watch your sporting events, but goodluck getting someone to change the channel for you.

We went to Shindig recently for a speed-dating night; I don't think the management wanted us there: the bartenders looked tired and annoyed, the upper area which looks like it could be used for parties was completely closed off, and our host asked the waiters if the music could be turned down or off so our group could chat, and the response was to make it even louder. The drinks were bad and the bartenders couldn't even make a decent gin and tonic. There was a person sitting at the end of the bar that was friends with all of the bartenders (they gave them attention and let them even put their music on the loud playlist...) and they were openly making fun of the workers for how bad this place was, that they wouldn't ever work at Shindig in a million years (all of the bartenders definitely agreed and joked about the work environment). This place wants to be cool and rocky, instead it's dark and sad like a sports bar. I did not try the food, though what I saw came out looked like cafeteria quality so, i would pass on this place, period. It needs new management or something.

Service was AWFUL. After our first round of drinks, our server never came back to the table. My sister had to get up and ask to order food. Server's attitude did a 180 after that. Food was good. Ordered pizza, mozzarella bites, and truffle fries. Pizza was great! Fries were ok. Mozzarella bites were lukewarm. Server never came back to ask if we wanted another round or how the food was. We had to get up again and ask for the check. If we return, it'll be to place a to go order. Really disappointed since this is down the street from us and we had been wanting to try.

This is the second time I've come in my work shirt and treated this way. Check your cameras, I was there for 5 minutes and wasn't acknowledged. He looked at me multiple times, made other people drinks, and even helped food to go right next to me. This place doesn't care about you if you don't look like you have money! I own my business!
The queso was not queso, maybe milk..? They have an app controlled hike box that I paid money to play songs on, by the time the 3rd song didn’t play I asked our server and they said they had to switch the system. 5 minutes later the kitchen switched it back over to country music because that’s what they wanted, and I wanted $10 on music I paid to hear.
And the bartender was rude..
