This use to be a great neighborhood bar. The last few times we have stopped in the waitress Amy total ignores us she must of walked by 5 times never said just a second hello be right with you nothing but a guy who sat right beside me had a drink before he hit the seat. She will do shots at the drop of a hat before she’ll ask you what who’d like. Awful customer service

One of the best secrets in the north central area! When you search "bars" in Google, many times multiple bars are in the same area. Shin Dig weirdly stands by itself in the Encino Bluff area so its overlooked as you think its not worth driving another 5-10 minutes out of the area to a place that doesn't have much else around it. Don't pass this place up! Their food menu is made from scratch and everything taste great! The drinks are awesome, service is top notch, portions, prices for the food are fair and in this review it was on halloween and they decorated the whole place. Another thing I liked is they have a casual upstairs section, juke box and the place just feels clean and or high quality. This is my new favorite bar and I want to go here every weekend.

My favorite Thursday night hang out because of its amazing food and fantastic service. My favorite dishes are their steak, bee sting pizza, and artichoke dip. Actually, everything is delicious. It's has a great atmosphere for a date night.

The food was good..the service was great. Shout out to our server/host Jeremy. He was ver attentive, fast and friendly.The music was loud but can still carry a conversation. Great place to hang out with friends for drinks and appetizers a small dinner.

Food: The food was super tasty!!! We got the pizza recommended by the bar tender. Service: was a bit slow for having just a few tables. However, our bar tender was super personable and friendly. Ambiance: It's living up to its name and has everything necessary to be the next Big Thing!
Stopped in on a Wednesday night to grab a pizza and a beer real quick. Bar was fairly empty and not busy at all. Waited over an hour for a pizza that never showed up so unfortunately I had to leave hungry and make a pbj. The one positive I will say is the pizza looked amazing because the guy that ordered his 30 minutes after me actually got his order. Horrible service.

This place is a hidden gem.Their food is amazing, their service is equally great!I recommend the grilled cheese and tomato soup, or the pepperoni pizza, OR the burger! This bar is the ultimate respite.If Jeremy is on duty, surely ask him for his take on the old fashioned, or the espresso martini. If he's not on duty, all is well. I'm sure you're in good hands They always have the best playlist going and treat all their patrons beyond well.
