I’d been eyeing this place on my way to work everyday and I’m so glad I finally stopped by. The iced latte and cinnamon roll were simple and delicious. Just a fantastic cup of coffee, y’all. The barista was polite and service was great. Highly recommend!!
Google Readers who are coffee enthusiasts. This is a must stop if you’re in the area. If you searched for coffee and Shine Coffee popped up then I suggest a quick drive-by and order a drink. I ordered espressos and the owner uses Ethiopian Beans which has a fruity dark chocolate flavor. Bravo to the owner for serving quality coffee.
Twon, the owner, has crafted a memorable coffee experience in a small foot print. From his stylistic and clean design of the retro Chevy van to the delicious seasonal drinks, the Shine Coffee brand delivers in more way than one. Potted plants, wind chimes, covered seating, groovy tunes, and Twon’s winning personality give the truck an ambience that packs a punch.
