Thought I treat my kid to some breakfast this Friday morning cuz I was in a good mood even though we were running late. Well the white lady mess that up for me. She didn't even let me finish my order and of course cuz she didn't have patience and didn't listen she got my order wrong. Drove up the the windows and was going to ask her to be nicer but ended up being another lady. Fortunately she was nice and I wasnt going to ruin her day cuz it wasn't her fault. Last time I will be going there. Better customer service at instant donuts next door

Place is Drive Through only.
There’s also only a single person on shift. Had to call the store to pick-up my order cause nobody came to the window or door when I knocked.

Donuts were good…
But, if your store has a lobby, expecting customers to know beforehand that they HAVE to use the drive through is wrong. I shouldn’t have to get back in my car to go through the drive through to make an order. That is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever experienced.

Do not support this store until they open their lobby.

Is your lobby ever open?
This is the third time I try to stop by and your front door has a sign on scrap paper and terrible handwriting saying it’s drive through only. What a strange business decision.
I’ll stop trying to visit your shop.

Stopped by today at 8:05pm. Your lobby was closed. Should really adjust this online to reflect that only your drive through is open at this time. I can’t physical pick what I want from a drive through. So I left.

It was late when I went to the drive thru. They didn't have anything fresh or what I wanted. It was pretty disappointing. HEB donuts were much better and way cheaper.

I ordered the half dozen as that's the gift they give you for your bday. the cashier handed me my half dozen and gave me a sugar donut. told me that the sugar donut was fresh. so I started to think about my other donuts when I got home I realized her warning. the donuts that they gave me for my bday were old and didn't taste anywhere near freshly made that day. I'm highly disappointed with Shipleys right now and something needs to be done to change this or yall will lose more and more customers. if this is the quality of work yall are producing, you should just close your doors..

Kolaches were terrible and filled with Kraft cheese. Donuts were stale and tastes like they had been sitting out at Walmart all day

Get the cinnamon twists early before they sell out. The donuts are delicious and freshly made every morning. The sausage and jalapeño kolaches are tasty and not as spicy as you might think, definitely worth a try.
