We are foodies and we like doing out to upscale restaurants. This one is up there, but the staff are nice and kind. The food is chef prepared quality. I this was home, we would be here regularly every week. They are currently Michelin recommended 2025, I will not be surprise if they get their first star very soon.

The beef tenderloin was superb. As always the service was excellent. We love the rolls and special butter that always accompany each meal- top notch. The chocolate dessert was new and pricy but lovely flavor and presentation. Signature is consistently the best restaurant in town.

We had an amazing dinner! Our server Grace was wonderful, she helped us navigate the menu, offered helpful recommendations and helped to elevate the experience. We had the octopus, beef tartare, venison & wagyu and ended with the apple dessert and all were unique and delirious. Do not miss the bread and butter, maybe the best we've ever had. Highly recommend!

Our experience was amazing. Emma, our server, was attentive without being overbearing and did an amazing job. For the quality of the food, I found the prices to be very reasonable. Dishes were served with impeccable care and timing. Everything was well seasoned and delicious. We will definitely be back.

We've been here a few times in the past 10 years. As always, the atmosphere is warm, the wait staff is incredible and the food is exquisite. We came here to celebrate a monumental anniversary and were SO glad we came. Aaron (or Erin...I'm not sure), was a wonderful waiter and the rest of the staff is so attentive, kind and polite. We definitely recommend Signature as a place to experience a truly enjoyable, tasty and comfortable meal. We will definitely come here again...hopefully before our next "monumental" event.

Absolutely fantastic meal and service!! Our server, Catherine, was excellent and made a special evening even better. The food was outstanding, from the steak tartar with bone marrow to the scallops in a Thai basil broth and everything in between! We highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

The Chef's Menu was well done, highlighting items from the daily menu and some that you can only get with the tasting menu. There are alot of celebrations and the do a really good job at commemorating each one.

We were visiting San Antonio before Thanksgiving and Signature was recommend on a Reddit forum. Great choice. First the property is beautiful. Next, the service is great - super attentive and all your food is described in detail as it is presented. I had a beet salad and my husband the Caesar. Both really delicious. He had the filet and I had the sablefish. The fish was flaky and tasty, if a bit rich with the sauce. Great experience overall.
