On 02/09/2026, my wife and I dined at Signature in San Antonio, Texas. We were overwhelmed by the service and the menu. Our server Catherine guided us through all four courses. We were amazed by the freshness of all the ingredients and the presentation. The quail was exquisite. The beet salad was to die for, and the venison melted in your mouth. The fried oysters and crispy salmon were amazing. All the staff were very attentive, but I must give high praise to our server...
Jennifer was a fabulous server and took great care of us! We were surprised how beautiful the space was and the food was equally amazing in taste and presentation. A great place to celebrate a special occasion!
We are foodies and we like doing out to upscale restaurants. This one is up there, but the staff are nice and kind. The food is chef prepared quality. I this was home, we would be here regularly every week. They are currently Michelin recommended 2025, I will not be surprise if they get their first star very soon.
