They ignore their customers.
I was a regular there but not anymore.
When I called to complain about how long the wait was without any communication, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I explained that a little communication can go a long way and that it could have been handled differently. I was met with a rehearsed line from Rick, “I’m sorry that you feel that way”.
