Great job!

This location is dirty, especially in the back where they’re making the smoothies. The hygiene standards here are definitely questionable. There was spilled smoothie and other products all over the counters, employees look like they just rolled out of bed. When I got my cup it was dirty and had remnants of other smoothies on the outside which really grossed me out. I took like 4 sips and through it away because I couldn’t look at my smoothie the same knowing it came from that facility. Won’t be going back and I don’t recommend.

Almost always closed a half hour before posted hours. Does this business not care about breaking FTC guidelines anymore?

The Açaí and Pitaya (dragon fruit) bowls are delicious and nutritious!!

Says open 24 hours but it is closed at 6:15pm

Absolutely terrible, terrible service, attitude, and care They are constantly messing up my smoothie Either tastes like not enough or water never the right consistency, and they are ALWAYS taking their time to where people get their orders before me when they paid after me They do not care at all Would love to ask for a refund but bc they always take forever they end up making me late to my classes Therefore I cannot

Great place to get a smoothie, my favorite place on campus. Employees are always nice and fun to talk to.

I previously worked at the Smoothie king in San Antonio at the UTSA Campus in 2017. Ever since I left, the manager Patricia has bullied me. I go up to smoothie king from time to time, and all my experiences have been unpleasant. She stares at me with a mug on her face, I reached my hand out for a straw and she threw it on the counter and walked off. She has terrible customer service and is rude and is not fit to be a manager. She plays favoritism with all her employees and cusses at them and overworks them. This previous encounter that I had today, there was a long line and she waited till I got to the front to come to the register to bully and monitor the transaction. I ended up cancelling my order due to the harassment.

I love this place! I get smoothies here maybe 3-4 times a week during school. I enjoy the meal replacement smoothies they offer. Staff are very helpful, friendly, also suggest what smoothies you should try. Fast service at times but great smoothies. I highly recommend smoothie king to anyone and this location is very convenient for students.
