When you want soul food- this is where you go! Not a single bad thing to say. To put it in perspective, we tried it for the first time Friday and we’re back on Sunday! I don’t eat catfish but I eat theirs!!

If you’re looking for an unforgettable soul food experience, Snow Island is the place to be! The service was absolutely incredible—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Every recommendation was spot-on, and the quality of the food matched the outstanding customer service in every way.
Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the hospitality exceed expectations, but Snow Island did exactly that.
If I could, I’d rate this experience a 14 out of 10. I can’t wait to come back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing treats and exceptional service!

Very fine meal. Comfortable surroundings. Kelly helped us, and she was so friendly and welcoming that I would love to see her again.

Had the chicken fried steak, collard greens, and yams and this was the best meal I've had out in a long while!

I started to turn away once inside but stayed. I ordered shrimp, greens, and cabbage because they said they were out of things. Half of cornbread was burnt (the bottom half to midway of the muffin was so burnt that you could clearly see it was black through the muffin paper). The shrimp were tough, had no coating, and no taste(not even salt or pepper). The greens were store brought Glory greens out the can. The cabbage taste like they took the juice from the greens, added vinegar, and cooked them in it. I understand people cook differently and have different taste buds but I believe things can be improved from the long wait time, kitchen staff communicating with the cashier on what food items are available, customer service, and taste.
My friend brought me here and I LOVED the food options ESPECIALLY the sides and desserts and the fact that it’s family owned is the cherry on top
1000/10 would recommend and WILL come again
