This place used to be good, but dang has it gone downhill. We went again despite saying last time would be our last time. Service is terrible through no fault of the server- only one person working front of house. Hosting, serving, and bartending with no manager in sight. Disappointing because the food is actually good and we want to support a neighborhood spot. Should have learned my lesson last time.

This place is is a complete joke their app does not work. Do not make the same mistake that I repeatedly do which is try to order pizza because they will not deliver it and the manager was a complete jerk to me and my wife.

I’ve been here a half dozen times before and the service has always been great, food is great, and the bartender would warn you when they’re busy and orders might take a while. I tried calling ahead as usual and I was told I’d be placed on hold, which then lasted 5 minutes and no one came back. I hung up and tried to call back and it kept ringing busy. I got there and it was not only not busy, but not the same person working and I could tell this person just did not care. I waited 35 minutes before I finally asked where my food was. They came back with it and closed me out and before I left I checked and it was cold. I told the bartender that, they still didn’t seem to care and went back to the kitchen manager who I could overhear saying, “yeah because it’s been sitting there forever.” Server came back and said “well…like do you want me to throw it in the oven for a little longer?” I said no I’ll just take it I guess. “Okay thanks.” No attempt to rectify. No apology. We live nearby and like supporting local but we won’t be back.

I get there and am told there’s still 4 minutes left so in expecting hot pizza and pizza that looks like the pictures.. I live literally 2 minutes away and by the time I got home the pizza was barely warm, the cheese looked like it was already hardening because it was cold and both pizzas were flat as a piece of paper.. I was wanting pizza that tasted like the pictures looked and was sadly disappointed.. Never coming here again for pizza..

Not a very good experience on a Friday night. Got stuck with a new waitress. I was ignored on my request for a 2nd cup of ranch because the 1st one was too small . The old fashion drinks were small and definitely a waste . I am very disappointed in sohill. I won’t be returning , and it’s sad because I’ve eaten here at least 5 times . Definitely dropped the ball on a Friday night .

First time was disappointed no steak even those several pictures of some posted guess it was at first but meat does get expensive. Then they discontinuing the waffle chilie fries so only left to try a burger. Burger was ok to eat. Been told to try the pizza it’s better maybe next time. Chill place to catch up over drinks. We sat at bar and enjoyed.

First time eating here. Waitress was very nice and helpful. Only complaint I have is that it seems like she brought us the happy hour menu after happy hour was over, and for some reason didn't notice when we kept ordering stuff that wasn't being served anymore.
Unfortunately we didn't notice that it was a happy hour menu either, since there was nothing to convey that it was. We were limited to very few items, mainly a very small burger and pizza selection. I ordered a burger that ended up being burnt. My friend's burger was cooked fine but was still underwhelming. Another friend got a pizza which also ended up being underwhelming.
It was around this time we noticed the table behind us ordering salmon salad and a bowl of something I didn't recognize. That's when we realized we weren't given a complete menu. I looked up the menu online afterwards and saw that there were items that were not included on the menu we were given. This is unfortunate because the salmon caesar salad looked significantly more delicious than my burnt burger.
Once again, our server was very friendly and nice, but the food was not worth it and I don't see myself wanting to return.

Our new server screwed up our order. She placed an order for the BBQ pizza instead of a burger. I’ve eaten my entire pizza waiting on my husband’s burger.
The service here is generally great, but we often question the customer service commitment of the kitchen staff. The “chef” seems cranky and our food is often burnt and late. For some unfathomable reason, we love this place. The food is great when it arrives (charred adds flavor!), the servers are earnest, the bartender is great, and the vibe is exactly what we want on Friday nights.
We were charged for the pizza we didn’t receive and waited almost 20 minutes for the burger my husband wanted. Management issue. Not the server.
The truffle fries are a must. We’ve tried almost every burger and pizza—we’ve enjoyed them all!

My wife and I have been eating here regularly for years and always loved it. Pizza maker John left and salad guy Patrick left also. I have given them two chances to convince me that they can keep up the quality. My 2nd recent visit pizza was charred….edge charring can happen, but the ingredients on top should not be black..1st recent visit pizza did not have all the toppings. Cesar salad this past Saturday did not even look like past visits…..different type of lettuce and the dressing was different also….these new guys should be looking at the photos on google reviews for this highly rated restaurant for their guide in making the most popular dishes …..it is just that simple. I smelled my pizza burning and looked up to see cooking staff typing on their phones…. Not good!!!! Our server Lauren always does a good job….but should have noticed the different looking salad and charred pizza. My wife’s pizza and salad has also never been the same since John and Patrick left. The owner has been out recently with health issues. We wish him a speedy recovery.
THE BEST PIZZA IN SA. There is not so much explanation needed. I ordered two, fig & prosciutto and roasted garlic pizzas, and they are both BOMB BOMB!!! Fig one was too sweet because of too much fig jam, so I put some of it on pizza edges. However still super good with sweetness of fig jam and saltiness of prosciutto!! The roasted garlic is prolly the bestest. It has mushrooms, caramelized onions, roasted whole garlic and so tasteful!! I will be back for this one for sure!!!!!
