Blanco Cafe is a cozy spot with quick service and delicious food. The cheese enchiladas with carne guisada are a must-try and packed with flavor. The chilaquiles are a hit, with crunchy tostada chips and flavorful green salsa. The huevos rancheros are tasty, with perfectly cooked veggies and just the right amount of spice. While they were out of barbacoa, the brisket plate was still enjoyable. The space is small, so it's best for smaller groups.
