Ordered a Mocha Blast tonight on the app tonight. Arrived at restaurant and employee standing outside stared they were only doing drive thru. I asked what about my app order, she asked my name and said wait here and I’ll bring it out. After waiting approx. 5 minutes (there were no other customers), no one came out. I drove up to drive thru and she said come to window. She hands me my blast but doesn’t apologize. What she gave me was ice cream with lots of chocolate chips....read full review
