We ordered two sausage breakfast burritos via the app, but upon receiving our order, we discovered they were missing the eggs. This was not communicated to us beforehand, which was disappointing. Additionally, the two Sonic kids cheeseburgers we ordered came with cold and unappetizing tots instead of fries. Furthermore, one of the cheeseburgers lacked cheese altogether, requiring us to request a remake. When we asked for mustard, as requested in the app, it was initially overlooked. Overall, this experience lacked clear communication and left much to be desired.

When we got to sonic we had to keep pushing the Button to order.. the guy came outside and says that the wires inside the box maybe messed up and just make sure the red button keeps flashing in order to do the order… we then go to order and the guy on the other end never asked us what sizes or drinks or sides we wanted for our food… we needed to tell me after the order was taken.. food came out fairly quickly which is a good thing cause most times we wait forever on coney dog night… my husband who ordered onion rings and 2 coney dogs asked for ketchup and the male who brought us our order said our manager forgot to order ketchup…. How do you forgot to order ketchup and a fast food restaurant… so then he went and asked them is there a way I can get a cup on the side in which they brought us one and said our manager told me only one cup as we are running low… so disappointed on how these Sonic’s are becoming and how they are being managed.

This location, in particular, really made me stay away from sonic for a while, since the whole covid thing honestly because service was terrible, almost felt like a customer was a bother and always out of their main attraction "ice-cream". Today was different, gave them another chance and same thing barely any cars and it took them forever to take our order.

It's always a hit and miss when I come here, lukewarm tots, my drink is incorrect. It takes forever to get your food. What is the point of ordering from the app, the app is supposed to make the process faster.

Every time I've been at least one of the carstops is broken. Customer service sucks and the food takes forever. We were the only people there and it took over ten minutes to get my order.

My family and I went here for 3 drinks! 3 drinks and waited over 30 minutes! I orederd through the mobile app prior to getting there to speed up the time. I parked in the first stall #2 and pressed the red intercom 3 times. Nothing. I could see 4 people in there. Not sure what was going on but I mean seriously. Once the drinks came out they were full of ice more than the drinks I ordered. The gentleman who came out did not apologize, say thank you not a freaking word. Tossed my drinks at Me and left. Sorry for him to be over worked and underpaid. Shame on Sonic for not doing better for their employees. The one in Alamo Ranch is much better.

Order the strawberry lemonade when came up to the window to pay I tasted it and it tasted like selt or water after explaining that there were no strawberries she said that it is good and that she wasn't going to remake it I said well then did you want to taste it after a 5 minute shouting magic back and forth I felt n her not listening and saying well that's your problem I'm not remaking it. I felt like throwing it in her face I just drove off because she refused to make it and I wasn't going to pay for it. She closed the window on me and went back and forth and I could see the expression on the other workers faces as they were laughing and joking like if I'm the one that's crazy I think that there are too many young people making products and it's not going to be how it should be manager needs to step up and take charge but how?when the mgr could care less MGMT needs to be firedand account for something
