When we got to sonic we had to keep pushing the Button to order.. the guy came outside and says that the wires inside the box maybe messed up and just make sure the red button keeps flashing in order to do the order… we then go to order and the guy on the other end never asked us what sizes or drinks or sides we wanted for our food… we needed to tell me after the order was taken.. food came out fairly quickly which is a good thing cause most times we wait forever on coney...read full review

Every time I've been at least one of the carstops is broken. Customer service sucks and the food takes forever. We were the only people there and it took over ten minutes to get my order.

My family and I went here for 3 drinks! 3 drinks and waited over 30 minutes! I orederd through the mobile app prior to getting there to speed up the time. I parked in the first stall #2 and pressed the red intercom 3 times. Nothing. I could see 4 people in there. Not sure what was going on but I mean seriously.
