Bad customer service I went thru the drive-thru the employee (Tanezia) was not very helpful, first she gave me the wrong drink, then I paid and she gave me the wrong change back then on top of that she added lime to my drink which I did not order. I would not recommend any of my friends or family members to go this sonic.

I wouldn't dare recommend this place unless you wanna end up in the hospital sick from their pathetic poison food. The health department needs to go over there and inspect their temperatures of the food. Probably have roaches and rats. Greedy with everything even ketchup.

rudest employees i’ve ever seen, and SLOW. ?waited 30+ minutes for TWO drinks and for them to be watered down. tried different stalls and even drive through and spoke to no one. went to doors and got ignored by the employees that were walking around and laughing and not working . they need a whole new staff for real

Kyle is number one! He is doing it all taking orders plus giving them out. I did miss an item from my order but without any hesitation he did not make a fuss and gave me what I was missing even offered to give me something else. Kyle needs to be recognized at top employee!!!!

The manager leaves the night crew staff with only two employees and this is a high traffic intersection. She is leaving her two employees demotivated although they are very good employees and do their best. The owner needs to get rid of this manager.***UPDATE***Oh what a change the evening crew is fully staffed and there is not much of a waiting line in the drive-thru. ゜゜(´O`)°゜

I waited 36 minutes for a drink and 2 snacks... the 1st time i pressed the button i waited so long they either cancelled it or it timed out, and the 2nd time it took over 15 minutes to get my drink, the server was polite but there were maybe 8 other cars there, it wasn't busy at all!
