made an online order asked for no cheese no pickles and this is what i get, came well before close. condiments spilling out the burger, cheese on it (im allergic) and over sloppy sorry to say. however the person who brought it was very kind.

Terrible experience. Spent a ridiculous amount for 2 meals and had to wait 45 minutes for our fries. At that point our burgers were cold! They couldn’t even get the drink right! Do not go here unless you want your night ruined.

I won’t ever be going to Sonic again. I paid $12 for a small ice cream and a small onion ring. That wasn’t a big deal but the fact that I waited over thirty minutes for two items is ridiculous. By the time my ice cream came out it was melted and my onion rings were cold!

This sonic is like the Wild West. No laws, no one cares, and survival of the fittest. Food is always either cold, wrong, or both. I imagine turn over is a severe issue. Wish my kids didn’t want the slushies. Hate going here.

I will be driving the extra time to go to a different sonic. I waited over 40mins at 9pm, and the food was old and greasy and gross. For 2 people I spent 40$. Not worth the money or time. Dont waste your time drive a little more to bandera and eat there!

The presentation was cheap and not like what you see on the app. I asked them to remake my order; the cook/manager brought the order out but showed no appreciation for Sonic, presentation, or quality. I Returned My Order... I've had way better experience at other sonic locations.

I can't believe how much they've raised the prices here. I got a vanilla creme dr pepper during happy hour and they charged a dollar for vanilla and over a dollar for cream for a single drink. It used to be one of my favorite places but not for those prices anymore.
The car hop was great. She was kind and sweet.

Kylie was super rude, and made my experience feel very hostile. From the second I ordered she was being passive aggressive, then when we got to the window she was so rude to us but was laughing and chatting it up with her coworker. This girl need to be talked to. I went on 9/11 @10pm.

I have noticed Sonic's prices absolutely sky rocketing 😅 When we get fast food we don't expect it to be $50 especially when it's two kids combos and two adult combos.

Service is ALWAYS SLOW!
20-30 minute wait. Ice cream always melted to a milk consistency. Food is cold. I hate going to this sonic because of all of the above. They ask if you want ranch or marinara sause for your cheese sticks and bring you neither!!! Orders are always wrong!! Its horrible! However, the staff is always nice!
