Service is ALWAYS SLOW!
20-30 minute wait. Ice cream always melted to a milk consistency. Food is cold. I hate going to this sonic because of all of the above. They ask if you want ranch or marinara sause for your cheese sticks and bring you neither!!! Orders are always wrong!! Its horrible! However, the staff is always nice!

I ordered two lemonades, and it took 35 minutes to get them. I had to go inside to check on the order, and they told me they were short-staffed. I don’t understand why they’re operating with such limited staff. On top of that, the lemonades weren’t even that good.

All the screens were down. Took 10 minutes to get my order. my smash burger with lettuce, tomato,onion and pickle had no toppings and looked gross. Tater tots were white for some reason. Smh

I can't believe what happened at Sonic! An employee with long, greasy hair actually SPIT in my drink. That’s beyond disgusting and shows how little they care about customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes me question their hygiene standards. I will NEVER be coming back to this location again!

I placed my App order & drove through drive thru for pick up because most screens to drive up are NOT working. I ordered 3 drinks & waited over 20M before I called them while waiting in line to tell them I had already placed and paid for an order & was still waiting after 20+ Minutes.. Eventually the truck in front of me just took off and didn’t get his order. I called the employee over to my truck— I asked him what was taking so long & he said their card reader went down to #1. I can understand it’s out of your control, but perhaps walk to each vehicle in line and let us know as a courtesy #2. I had already ordered & paid for my order, therefore I didn’t need the card reader to receive my 3 drinks. My son’s shake looked melted from waiting so long. I called back and spoke with the Manager and she was ZERO help, nor was she sympathetic & said she didn’t know why her employee didn’t bring me my Order. NO accountability. NO urgency & to find my drink order was incorrect. She said she could not help me in replacement or refund and gave me a 1-866#. They just seem careless.

This Sonic location needs more staff. Each customer in the drive stalls have longer wait time than the drive thru lane. too many cars are given more service than those parked in stalls. For simple two drinks. How they can improve? It’s spring break

Tonight my husband and I placed a mobile app order and among the things we ordered was an ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, we only double checked my husband's burger before leaving to make sure it was done correctly and didn't check my burrito until we got home. Which, thankfully we only live about 5 minutes away. Unfortunately, I received the wrong burrito and I called the store back to ask if I could go back to get the correct one and the girl on the phone was polite and apologized and said to go ahead and go back for the correct one. Not only did they have a hot and fresh correct burrito for me, but they also gave us a medium cherry limeade for the inconvenience. The young man that answered us in the drive through was also polite and provided great customer service. So, although we had a mishap with our order, the employees made it up to us and we'll of course be going back again because well everyone makes mistakes and we were obviously lazy tonight and didn't want to cook dinner. By the way, if you haven't tried it, the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito was 10/10!
Side note: I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I indeed had a meltdown and cried when I saw I received the wrong burrito, but I took a few minutes to collect myself before calling and going back lol.
