I'm from the UK and have lived in San Antonio for over 16 years. I've never found an Indian restaurant that tastes as close to Indian food back home....until we visited The Lion. Absolutely DELICIOUS, large dinner portions, and a real taste of British-Indian style food. Highly recommended ?
I love their buffet. The food was fresh and warm. The service is amazing. They are constantly checking on you to see if you need anything. The establishment is well kept. Paid $32 and some change for two people. Highly recommend this place!

My stepdad wanted to try out this place since it is about two minutes from my house was actually surprised on how good the food was. There is a variety of food on the buffet which me my mom and stepdad opted to do since it was only $15 we didn’t want to risk ordering something from the menu And not liking it but I can say I definitely was not disappointed and definitely recommend someone to give this place a try if they are considering!
