We ordered an hour and a half before they closed and they never brought out the food or even came to us to ask if we had an order, it was really poor service from all the workers

Worst corn dogs I have ever seen and tasted - honestly I didn’t even want to try it but I was really hungry. The first corn dog I got was so dry, withered and old, the weiner was sticking out at the tip - and it was black. I should’ve taken a pic but the waitress took it. She was very nice and even gave me an extra corn dog but unfortunately I will not be getting anything other than a diet cherry lemonade - EVER again. Too many gross items that I have received in the last two years. Sonic you need to do better.

Adding 1 star because the manager and employee corrected everything that was wrong.
We ordered on the mobile app and waited about 15 minutes for our food. We were missing 2 items, and as mentioned prior, our items were quickly replaced. Whether or not that was because my fiancee stood directly outside of the door, we're not sure - as everyone else's review says there was an extended wait time for corrections. The food quality was nothing to rave about, but only about 85% of our food was fresh, the moz sticks were already hard just a couple of minutes after getting them.
Cheddr peppers were one of the items we had fixed but were not cooked properly. We'd already asked for corrections 3 times, so didn't bother to bring this to their attention.
All in all, not a TERRIBLE experience, but we most likely won't come here again.
I will say this: if the manager and employees remain consistent with the service they provided today, I'm sure the reviews will be a lot more positive.

Sat in drive thru line for 10 minutes, Noone ever came to the speaker. I pulled around to the kiosk and they answered there- "we are only doing drive through" so I guess they aren't taking ANY orders

I rarely leave reviews, but when you have a moldy burger bun, it’s pretty unacceptable. My husband drove back and waited about 15 minutes for a new one and it wasn’t made the way I originally ordered it. He just left because it would have taken way too long to get it corrected.

Ordered a cherry limeade and sonic blast, waited over 20 min and the teenager had no idea where my order was and that I had ordered it. Was high or dumb or something. Watched the drive through move quickly and the booths took forever, drove off

Horrible experience after horrible experience. This location is the poorest managed/operated in the entire city, possibly the worst I’ve been to in my life and it is a shame. Sonic corporate would do themselves a favor by shutting down this unit before they continue to tarnish the brand.
I went today for the first time in while hoping
for a better experience. I sat for 20 minutes waiting for service until they told me they were too busy with online orders and I need to come back later. After driving 30 minutes through traffic to be treated like that with no apology, explanation, and no signage telling customers they are closed. I feel bad for the employees here, the local franchisee should have their license revoked and put in somebody who is willing to operate a sonic. I don’t expect 5 star service, just service during operating hours.

We used the Sonic App to order ahead and all we had ordered was 3 drinks. We had to wait for over 20 minutes after we checked in at the stall. This location consistently has slow service. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes down I-10 to go to the location at the Rim.

Worst sonic in the nation, I believe. I’ve been here 3 times now, twice leaving without anything. Stopped by today to grab the family some drinks through the drive-through, was greeted with instruction that stall wait times are 5+ minutes but to order when ready. Not sure why since. Then when I placed my order, nothing. Waited a couple minutes, then drove off. If it were the first time, I’d have waited. But this place is bad. I’m assuming the place needs some upgrades. Hopefully they can do better in the future! Good luck!
