Merit Coffee Co. is a great spot to work or study, with a nice atmosphere that is not chaotic like fast coffee chains. The baristas are extremely nice and kind, providing exceptional customer service. One barista even went out of his way to bring coffee to the table. The staff is thoughtful about dietary needs, taking time to ensure drinks are gluten free and dairy free for those with celiac, and happily providing full lists of ingredients for pastries. The coffee and staff is great, with a fabulous latte and a Maple Pecan Shaken espresso that is amazing. Do not skip the chocolate chip cookies, and the Lemon cake is yummy. For a caffeine free option, the Rosela tea is a nice compliment. The environment is nice and clean, with plenty of wooden table seating and floor to ceiling windows. The merch is designed beautifully. Merit has lots of house made items and syrups, showing a dedicated company making the best quality coffee possible.
