Jeremy at this location was amazing. I had forgotten my wallet, and he explained that they didn’t do tap to pay. He could see my frustration, but was patient and empathetic, and de-escalated me. Coming from the Customer Service industry I was very impressed. I’ll remember my wallet next time!
They forgot onion rings in my wife's meal. Everything else was ok. Fresh fries would be great but I get it they can't do it for every meal. They weren't bad though, just not fresh.
Drive thru was very confusing. People behind me got their orders before I did, with no communication from an employee. I don't mind the wait just would like to be informed that there is a wait.
