This post is all about the young woman with the red ribbon in her hair and the black long sleeve shirt—she's incredible! Her customer service is top-notch. I watched her handle me, an elderly woman, and a homeless man one after the other—with genuine kindness, patience, and enthusiasm. She’s got that rare, natural gift for people—something you just can’t teach and don’t see often these days. Whoever’s in charge, give that girl a raise! She’s a gem.
Jeremy at this location was amazing. I had forgotten my wallet, and he explained that they didn’t do tap to pay. He could see my frustration, but was patient and empathetic, and de-escalated me. Coming from the Customer Service industry I was very impressed. I’ll remember my wallet next time!
They forgot onion rings in my wife's meal. Everything else was ok. Fresh fries would be great but I get it they can't do it for every meal. They weren't bad though, just not fresh.
