I don't know who this lady was because she can't follow directions but before this clip popped an attitude with a kid being my niece she was extremely unprofessional And clearly this sonic is STRUGGLING. The last time I was here nobody answered I absolutely don't recommend this place the reviews definitely match the horrible customer service and food quality

I ordered a banana shake and paid extra for Banana fruit and chocolate syrup, but they barely mixed it so the whole last half is still untouched and there was ZERO bananas.

The kids that serve your food are pretty chill and they do a great job on preparing the fast food but they undoubtedly kick ass preparing and serving all the Frozen goodies that come with Sonic.. thumbs up

Haven't been to Sonic in years probably. I was passing by and wanted a cherry coke. They only have 3 maybe four spots to park and order. Otherwise it's drive thru or there are spots for pickup I guess if you order on the app.
The drink was just ok no actual cherries in it like they used to. Just ok nothing exciting.

By far the worst.For starters, the place looks abandoned, two cars there and still the drive thru no greeting no nothing just silence. Random ppl walking I parking lot and one, no uniforme walked into building and another random Joe , in and out all doors , went to booth to order . Nothing. It was simply sketchy all over. I don’t know why I even tried to order food from that place.

Ketchup is 10cents a packet. Did not get any with a combo.....will never return to this location. Thank you Jack in the box for ketchup. No wonder Sonic locations are shutting down.

Sonic is my favorite place to grab something affordable to eat. I have a sonic close to my house and I work from home, making this the perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat if I don’t have something at home. The best part about a drive-in is the fact that you can get your food and sit in your car to eat. If I were late for a meeting, I could join from my phone and the privacy of my car. Love, love, love Sonic 🤎

Ordered motza sticks, got home-no marinera. Went back, asked to swap it with a fresh hot order that includes marinera-they refused and said it was my fault for not ordering marinera. Said they changed the policy recently for the first time ever, and i was supposed to somehow know despite no notices being posted, or disclaimer on the app. Its a big deal in a time where everyones finances are tanking and can only afford a small treat on a rare occasion. Hope the business does better financially so management can actually assist customers with food issues. Hope this helps.

The speaker for drive thru didn’t work so I waited 15 minutes thinking they were just backed up, but no the workers couldn’t wait to go outside and talk, which is fine if there were no customers. Order a combo and my fries are missing.

They messed up my order TWICE! I asked to add mustard, no lettuce and no tomato. Luckily I was planning on eating here. They remade my order to still leave the lettuce, tomatoes and AGAIN didn’t add the mustard! Then the cook tried to tell me it’s not what I ordered. I asked them to recheck that and look at the receipt on the first burger I sent back. He said “oh”.

This is the absolute worst Sonic i have ever been to!!! The manager you have running this location Brandy should be fired for the way she talks to your customers. If your ever wonder why this location is so dead but takes forever to get an order out with 2 customers I can guarantee that she is the reason why!!! Get yourself a new crew or better yet just shut this location down. Horrible absolutely horrible

I've been going to this location for years I personally have never had any real problems I'm surprised with the reviews that I'm seeing. I always go in the evening and speak to the manager Jennifer I love her she's a great person has always been very courteous to me whenever I did have an issues so it was nothing really to speak of. maybe you should try a different time.
