Ordered some food on Uber from this place and the entire order was messed up. They forgot 3 large orders of tots, 2 of which were part of a combo and all the burgers were prepared wrong and the patties tasted old. The Sonic blasts had a little bit of toppings and the rest was just vanilla ice cream. The entire order was garbage and these people have zero pride in the work they put out. This restaurant is convient for us to get to but every time we go they mess up something. Needless to say this place sucks and we won't be going back

Ordered through Uber eats. They completely left out 3 orders of tots for the 3 combos we ordered. Ordered an ultimate burrito only got a burrito with just sausage in it, nothing else. The sonic double cheeseburger we ordered was made wrong. Just disappointed and frustrated especially when paying $60 for sonic food. We won’t be ordering or going to this location again. Everytime we decide to order from this location they screw up our order. Y’all got a 3.4 rating on google for a reason. Your service is trash.

We ordered 2 number 1's with tatar tots and received 1 tatar and 1 order of fries. We also asked them to toast the hamburger buns and they failed to toast them. They need to pay attention to what customers order.

Went through the drive-through had a med Oreo blast it was made fresh and blended all the way through.
Purchased 5 shakes and it was the most overpriced ice cream I have ever paid for. They were all half melted and had very little of the chosen flavor/toppings added. Plus, despite having ordered them ahead, via the app, I still waited almost 35 mins for them. They were also out of straws.

We go to this sonic bc it’s close to where we live but just about every time we go our order is wrong or missing something. We just ordered a double bacon burger and got no bacon and our onion rings were missing. A few weeks ago I went to order and sat in the drive thru (that was open bc there was other cars in front of me) for 5 minutes with no response, no be right with you. Went to a stall instead and pressed the button, also got no response, other cars got helped including the car next to me. I sat for so long that my button on the stall got deactivated.
