Service was fast, but the speaker seems to be broken it was cutting in and out while ordering. The food quality was as expected, but shrinkflation definitely hitting the size of the breakfast sandwich. Biggest annoyance was the tip screen. Since when is it expected to tip at a fast food chain??

Came all the way from other side of town and this Sonic was AMAZING. The Mgr I think her name was Liz, was so amazing. So kind, so sweet. She made my Sundae perfect.. after a bad day it was just what I needed. Service was great and fast!!

Had a difficult time with the app - ordered my food and even had the GPS take me where the app said I orderd from. Turns out the order never got placed, very frustrating but the worker was very kind and tried explaining things in a reasonable manner about what could have gone wrong.
Then once I ordered again, and got my food they were very apologetic and helped ease the pain with a few coupons. Definitely made things better :)
