Botton don’t work Been waiting for 30 mins to get no answer moved to a different one and order 2 slushies and for them to come out completely wrong. My day is ruined thanks to this sonic.

We waited a full 20 minutes with the red button activated and no one ever took our order. The gentleman next to us had the same experience and took off before I did but this is not the first time it’s happened. They might need more workers or better management. I’ve been so frustrated and disappointed every time!

Waited 20 minutes before leaving. 2 other cars there other than us, and all of us were waiting to have some sort of answer. The red button got pushed, and nobody answered after 20 minutes of nothing we just decided to leave.

1st off theres only a few working stalls to order from. 2nd I simply ordered a chili cheese footlong and got i dont even know what to call it at this point, for 5$ i spent. i thought it be fast and easy simple order obviously not the case they cannot even do that?. All n all never will return.How do i attach this horrible photo of what i just received???
