While the customer service here is generally subpar, I feel compelled to commend Javier for his exceptional professionalism. He handled a particularly challenging situation with remarkable composure and dignity. Despite being confronted by an uneducated and ignorant customer who was yelling and cursing at him, and her husband who found the situation amusing, Javier maintained his professionalism and provided courteous service throughout. The drinks came out fast. The server was nice, she even apologized that the screen was not working to take my payment. I don't blame them at all, it has been very hot and we all know electronics do not work well in the constant heat.
