The drive-through was empty at the window. The carhops stopped 3 times to confirm my order. It took a while to get my order. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the food was served as expected.

Sat at an ordering pad for like 5 to 10 minutes with the button pressed. Never got served despite it nit being busy and the drive thru going steady. So I hit the drive thru... but not sure of the point of a drive thru if you make it so they members have to come out and get your card; the same way as the ordering pad. Kind of defeats the purpose.
The sonic on the other side of prochanco is not as nice but overall better service and oreo shakes.

Only giving a 4 because of the EXCEPTIONAL service from the manager An’yae. The day prior my daughter ordered tenders that were given to her uncooked on the inside . Next day An’yae heard our issues , made us feel valued and replaced our bad food with fresh cooked food! She was such a great person and deserves a raise ! Thank you An’yae
