I recently got slushies on my way home from work, one of the flavors was made with cleaning water or dirty water. one sip and my tongue felt tingly. smelling the drink confirmed there had to have been some kind of cleaning solution in my drink.

This place was tattered up like only about 6 menu boards to order from. Could not hear the cashier inside to place or hear my order because of music on full blast. Just drove off

We were looking at the menu about to order when they spoke to us through the speaker and said they are doing drive through only (no clue why) went to drive through which then proceeded to take a good 15-20 mins for just a couple drinks. Idk if this location is understaffed or had no sense of urgency but they need help!

I would give them no stars if I could.This is the second time I order here they messed up my order.they took way to long on my mobile order and it was cold .I ordered 5 Slushies today and they were so watered down 🤢and also found a hair at the end of my Coney 🤢never going to order there again or from any sonic. save your time and your money people
We're not fans of the food from Sonic, just the drinks. We stopped so my husband could get a route 44 of Sweet Tea. He was very disappointed! I tried it to see what the issue was & it was gross & the tea tasted old. We didn't want to waste our time asking them for more because I'm pretty sure it would have been the same tea 🤦🏽♀️

Every time I’ve been to this sonic there’s always a problem! Today did it for me, worst shakes ever! I don’t recommend coming here. I placed a mobile order through the app and still didn’t get my order correct. Shakes aren’t even mixed right, just a glob of ice cream and flavor on top! Yuck! They definitely need better management.

Absolutely abysmal service. These people are the most unprofessional, lousy, miserable people I have ever encountered. The management should be embarrassed for the type of service their employees provide. I will never return to this location again, or probably any other sonic location after tonight. If you don't like your job, maybe find another one.
