The crew working on 3/15/25 could not get a simple drink order right. I ordered a Dirty Dr Pepper, and when they handed me my drink, I trusted it was correct. After driving off, I checked the receipt and realized they had given me something completely different.
Since the designated order parking spots were out of order, I had to go through the drive-thru again. At first, the employee seemed willing to help, but when I got to the window, he suddenly changed his stance and insisted I had to pay an extra $0.70 because the correct drink was “different.”
I explained that they made the mistake, I had already gone through the drive-thru twice, and I shouldn’t have to pay for their error. He refused to correct it without the extra charge, so I asked for a full refund instead.
This kind of service is unacceptable—management needs to train their staff properly.
I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order and I even pressed the red button when I got there and no one had answered me for 20 minutes. I was on lunch break! I even went up to the window and waved at the people in the kitchen. Waited another 5 minutes before a girl came and gave me my food. I told her I had been waiting 20 minutes for my mobile AND I’ve been waiting to place an order. She said oh and then started taking my order on her phone. She took the card and went to the kitchen. I ate my mobile order food while I was waiting and guess what? The fries were mixed with cold and fresh fries and the chicken strips were re-cooked! They were hard and old chicken strips! :/. The girl came back 7 minutes later and gave me my order. This is not the first time this sonic has messed up on my food or order. I’m DONE WITH THIS PLACE. Waste of time and money!

Do not go here! I repeat do not . The bad reviews are very true! I rarely make reviews unless it’s horrible customer service! I went to drive through no one answered for several minutes and same thing happened to personal behind me and others . Many left cause of that . And then I go to where you push the button again no one picked up!!! And there was only one other car parked!! Ridiculous ! Horrible customer service.they supposedly ran out of ice cream!?!! I’m glad I left that night and didn’t order anything. Seeing all these bad reviews on here

Get more staff 45 minutes to get 2 dam meals is unacceptable
My family and I went threw the drive thru and was told to wait. 10 mins later I asked if they were still there and didn’t get a response so I pulled up to window to explain that there mic wasn’t working. The person at the window then proceeded to tell me that they don’t take window orders? They need new management or need to shut down this business. I’ll be reporting to corporate

Ordered a medium turtle truffle blast and when I put it into a bowl there was barely any pieces in the blast. Called to tell them and the man said that he made the blast so there was a lot in it. He said they mic 2 cups in with the ice cream and 1 cup on top. There was maybe only a few pieces and the rest was vanilla ice cream with absolutely NO candy on top. I was very disappointed that I put candy i had at home in the ice cream to make it a m&m blast instead.
After the last fiasco looking for something quick for dinner, we pull into this Sonic, which look like scene from "The Walking Dead" as its dirty and run down. As we pull around to order at a stall, there is a stay dog who is sitting outside the kitchen door. We place the order and the lady goes, "cash or card"? Cash or Card? Every Sonic I have ever been to has the payment stations right at the stall. Why do I need to give you my credit card? As we wait for the food, the stray dog comes up to our car. Natalie brings out our food. We inquire about the dog and she says there are 4 stray that they feed. She takes my credit card and if I had not asked for it back, she would have kept it, which is super creepy. I am going to have to check my credit card statement to make sure they did not try and clone the card.
The service was lackluster. Natalie was nice, but seemed like she was a bit "scatter brained". Not having payment terminals at the stalls was also SUPER sketchy. They need to try and upkeep this Sonic because it is very run down looking. I would not stop here again. Stop feeding the stray dogs, they keep coming back and just sit waiting for you to feed them. It is super awkward when you are trying to get your food and making sure the dog does not run out behind you as you are backing up. Come on Sonic. DO BETTER.

Waited over 5 minutes no one responded pushed button 3 times no response worst customer service glad we didn't order our food!!! Whoever is manager there ain't doing a good job!!
