Manager was incredibly rude and acting on a power trip because we asked to use the bathroom, worst service have ever received at a sonic, additionally she was allowing a toddler to run around in the back of the restaurant and was mad we observed that.

Drive thru is a mess. They take forever then have an attitude. I’m sorry but I just pulled up. All I wanted was tater tots and I got the opportunity to never go to sonic ever again. Don’t go here. Go to a different one In the north side.

This place has horrible management. The website is down a lot of times. The website is the only way to get discounts otherwise the drinks are highly overpriced. Unfortunately, they do it on purpose because it always happens when there’s a deal that will bring in more customers than usual. There is also one employee who never brings a tray so he always has my drinks pressed against him and the top of my drink always rubs on his shirt. On top of that on several occasions it takes more than 15 minutes to bring out my order which usually only consists of drinks. The only good thing is that the food is always cooked correctly.
