Only 2 employees working this morning and they were definitely trying their best to get the orders out! Kept a smile on their face and kept trying to apologize on the food and why it took so long but we understood and was very pleased with our food and service.
So I wanted Texas toast instead of hamburger buns and manager got mad and sent employee outside and said " You are wasting food products,shouldn't have said when ordering". Ooookay dont you want your customers to be satisfied. I can understand the food being wasted but what about our satisfaction? I'm sure employees eat food that's not paid for. That's a waste.
