Excellent scene for quality italian food. I should have took a photo of the food but it was too good to interrupt. There was fast and courteous service. This place has an awesome atmosphere. I can see why they have so many good reviews.

I just wish that Spaghetti Warehouse (meatballs.com) would make it clear on their official website that these locations are permanently or temporary closed until further notice. ALL Texas Spaghetti Warehouse's are closed. My family and I had to find out the hard way. Drove over 6 hours to the San Antonio location and the place was a ghost town. It appeared to have been closed for sometime now. Sign on door says "Closed till further notice". I tried calling but operator says that number is no longer in service. So I went to the official website to get contact info for the SANTONIO location but was not listed. Just Ohio and New York. However Gmaps has some recent positive reviews of the SAntonio location (2days ago when I looked), so I figured it must be open. Nope. Like I said, a ghost town with tumble weeds in the parking lot from the over growth of grass between the cracks of the concrete. I regret not taking a picture to post.

italian food, yeah, super yummy. The staff was very kind and attentive. This place has a cool atmosphere. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I liked.

They have a recording saying when the hours are and they aren't even in business anymore waste of time and gas

Had a wait (1 hr), which is expected at a NICE place to eat. They have plenty to do for the kids and adults while you wait (billiards and arcade games). You can even have an adult beverage while you wait as well. The staff was extremely friendly. Their knowledge of the food was on point and her suggestions were great. Appetizers and main course was delicious. House salads are really fresh. I had a party of 9 and our bill came to $160.00 with tip and that is because of all the EXTRAS ( double meat on main course, double appetizers, extra salads) we ordered. Over all the experience was phoenomenal!

My family loves the Spaghetti Warehouse! They love spaghetti and meatballs, parmigiana, and other meals that they serve. Their desserts were delicious too, the right amount of sweetness is generally what I am for. Highly recommend this place, and we are really craving it right now, good sized servings and affordable pricing.

Our hostess did seem bothered when I asked for our spot in line. She responds with, your name was called 10 minutes ago sooo. We waited at the bar for about 45 minutes and never heard my name called. We did have great service at the bar from the bartender London as we waited for a table. London was very nice.

As I reflect on the best places to eat In Houston, The Spaghetti Warehouse is definitely top 5. The food was amazing and incredible every time. I even caught a ghost on camera! I can’t find photos of the chair I sat in at the restaurant however it was on the second floor. I can see a man, can you?

Food was good but the service was terribly slow. No one was in any kind of a hurry to do anything. It was 930pm so place was not busy and it was just two of us. After appetizers we just got our food to go, due to the progress of the staff. Really disappointing for such a beautiful restaurant with good food.

Went with 6 friends after work. I had made a reservation nearly a week prior through OpenTable. When we get there, manager tells us they know of no reservation. We're seated and place our order around 7:00pm. We get some appetizers, some bread and butter. Then 9:00pm comes around and we still haven't gotten our food. We left without eating or paying. Never say never, but I'm not inclined to go back.

Haven't been in a few years but decided to drop In and we were not disappointed. I got the shrimp Alfredo which was so delicious. My boyfriend got the lasagna platter and he wiped that plate clean! We just happened to be sitting next to a couple who was celebrating the gentleman's bday and FLO our waitress came out and literally blew us away with her beautiful voice! I loved her. Can't wait to go back and ask for her! The wedding soup/salad was also delicious.

Went a couple days ago with a friend after work for a lasagna promo/special . Food was fine but our server was super spaced out then hard to find. Person I was with put in an order for appetizers that never got sent to kitchen or charged. I'd understand more if the place was packed but we were 1 of maybe 4 tables occupied.

We came in, from Los Angeles.. We sat down and met our Spaghetti Warehouse front person- Flo is her name and she gave us love, laughs and amazing service.. Not just, order get your food. Flo was part of our experience, and she glowed with her soul.. Never met her before, but she is forever in our hearts, not just a server or hostess, she became family.. Thank you Spaghetti Warehouse for lending her to us xoxo
