The breakfast buffet is top notch … the value and quality were way above my expectations. Great service (Trudy)! I would revisit this hotel just for this breakfast. I watched a friend rave about and consume quickly the eggs Benedict. Thank you!

We were excited to have the prime rib buffet but we were disappointed. We were seated down and waited for our server for 10 mins . We then asked someone else if we can go get food so we got up . It all looked good but there were flies on most of the food items . We managed to get some items off the hot area . The Brussels sprouts were the best . Carrots and mash potatoes. We both had prime rib . It was salty and not tender. There was a salad bar but there were flies all over the toppings . The dessert area looked good too but flies all over them . Honestly we should've just not eaten there but we were hungry and most locations had a wait. We sat back down and server came 30 mins later . The sodas were flat . The table next to us were also waiting for the server . Saw her once and then was gone . The staff seemed to be running around. It was a busy night . I could tell my husband didn't like his food because he only had one plate. I tried the fish and it was bland. The oven roasted chicken was dry and bland . Our server finally came around after asking where she was and the table next to us was also waiting . She said here's your ticket, I'll be gone for a while and left , we waited a bit and no one else in sight . Just an overall poor experience.

Food was great. Atmosphere inside was cozy and inviting, chatted my heart out with hubby. Staffs were really nice.
Only issue was the restroom is right beside entrance and you can tell when you walk in.

Extremely average burger. Bored seeming staff.

You walk in and see a buffet with all the food you could think of. They also have a menu and a kids sections just in case the buffet isn’t enough and they always have plenty of food for everyone. All the employees there are also really nice and greet you as you come in. The only problem is usually the tables have old syrup on them or they are sticky.

Christmas brunch was a letdown. Last year it was a lot better. For the cost, it is not worth going. There were no foods for breakfast available at all. All of the bread was cold, including the biscuits. And they charged more than they did last year. My husband was told he could request an omelette, which came back 45 minutes later and they charged us $20. The bell pepper was almost cold instead of sautéed.

First time experience for Thanksgiving meal and it was enjoyable all around.

Very bland over priced food. The dinner may be where the high ratings come from because the breakfast was not good. I ordered the chorizo tacos, appearance wise they looked amazing, sadly they tasted super bland, the potatoes they came with had even less flavor. My friend had French toast and fruit. It was a super soggy watery mush. We tried this restaurant based on the high reviews and maybe the dinner is where it earned the high ratings but if you have a choice for breakfast go somewhere else!

I stayed at the Hyatt Resort for a week for a conference and ended up at the Springhouse Cafe three times, once for breakfast and twice for dinner. While it is pricey, I feel the portions and the quality of food was well worth the price. Breakfast I got the avocado toast with eggs and it was excellent and way more food than I expected, I could only eat half of it. For dinner I had the burnt rub tips and the filet and both were fantastic. I'd definitely recommend the burnt tips, they were delicious. Again, they were an appetizer and I ordered them as my meal thinking I did not need much and I still couldn't finish them all; huge portions.

Dietary restrictions: Multiple vegan options as well.

Ribeye food is awful and chicken soup of the day, it’s disgusting. Plus service is time consuming, waited 47 mins to served the food. No justice for $70 worth of food. Not reasonable price, done somewhere.

This is located within the Hyatt Regency hotel. You will receive a parking ticket which the restaurant can validate for you. We popped in for a quick lunch. They serve breakfast earlier in the day, they close at 1:30 after lunch, and open back up for dinner. My husband had the hamburger with a side salad, I went with the Tuna melt with a coleslaw side. We both enjoyed our meals very much. The coleslaw was vinegar-based and perfect. The salad was a very nice one with mixed greens and it was nice sized. The Tuna came with lettuce, tomato, and cheese on toasted Wheatberry toast. The hamburger was Angus beef, Applewood bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato on a Brioche Bun. The food was very good, and ww look forward to coming back to try their dinner menu. All the waitstaff were very nice.

The property is beautiful, and if you are interested in a stay at the hotel, they have a lazy river and a spa available.

Parking: Tickets can be validated for free parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Reserved Parking, front door drop-off, ramps, and elevators are available.

We’ve been Here a week in this place is a joke as far as food. Thank God they have nice amenities, but the food is terrible. Lubys has a better buffet then here.
