This Starbucks Coffee Company is considered the best Starbucks in San Antonio. The Saturday crew is exceptional, greeting warmly with awesome music and timely service. Fatima and her team are amazing, always having things under control with coffee that has measurements and flavor on point. Barista Hannah is incredibly friendly, making customers feel like a regular. The interior is the best for sitting. The manager provides great customer service, saying it’s ok when a wrong drink is grabbed. The associates are extremely friendly, providing phenomenal customer service, product knowledge, and promptness, even with a long drive thru line. The only negative is that the music is too loud and complete trash, awful to listen to and not relaxing.
