Love stopping here as it's near my office. The holiday flavors are great and the staff is friendly. Ran into a bit of miscommunication of an employee but recent manager (hadn't seen her before). Ms. Margareet did an amazing job handling and correcting the issue. Her demeanor and effortless manner in dealing with this was nothing but impressively to the employee and myself. We go to Starbucks at least once a week. I understand. There is a supply issue. But it in the fall and winter it was a hit or miss with our favorite drink, it was the apple flavored with almond milk. It is our favorite and there was a lot of times they didn’t have any on hand. and now we’re running into the same issue with the pistachio latte. I like drinking coffee and anything that is flavored coffee but the main ingredient should be coffee. I don’t want it to be a dessert....read full review

Not only do I love their coffee, but I went through the drive through today and all the employees were so sweet. They recommended me some pastries, which I tried and were delicious! I wish I knew the employees names but shout out to the employees working on 11/8 in the morning, they were so sweet, order was out fast, and coffee was good as usual :)
