I have been going to this starbucks for over a year now. I use this place as a mommy daughter dates for my little ones. I will give them their little gift cards to purchase their own little treats on the weekends. Yesterday, is the last time Im using that location after what I have experienced. It took me a little while to calm down and ALOT to keep my composure as I was the only person of color in the line and there was already drama infront of the store. My daughters ordered two cake pops and two small vanilla Frapp with whipped cream. This came up to $19+. I gave the young lady a gift card with $15 on it, and the total balance was $4+. She asked me if I wanted her to throw out the old gift card being that it finished. I told her ok. Then I gave her my target gift card with $17 on it to finish paying for my order. She was moving back and forth kind of multi tasking , then she gave me the receipt stating that it covered the total cost. Which I was confused because, it was suppose to be the balance of $4+, not my total order of $19+. When I asked the cashier about it, she looked shocked as if she thought I wouldn’t have noticed. She then Replied saying that the card I had only had $4 on it. There were other people in the line and my daughters were so excited to get their treat. So I calmly replied, ok. And took my kids with their treat and left. Word to the wise, DO NOT LET THE EMPLOYEES “Throw away” your gift cards for you. Its a possibility that they will steal it. I will NEVER go back to this store again.

On August 13 l,2025,at approximately 9:24 am I was served at the window by a Caucasian female appears to have a sleeve tattoo on her left arm of vines and leaves,she had a attitude with me for messing up the coffee order,also from the image: coffee label, says three items which I only received 2 cups of coffee, not even my croissant, I don’t think this employee is fit to greet customers at the window and serve…

This location is great, but extra shout out to Daniel and Larissa who are always extra kind and understanding (plus their drinks are the best!)! They always make me feel better in the chaos of being a stay at home mom with 3 littles in tow!

3pm on a Tuesday, holiday week and many people are shopping. The Starbucks in Target doesn’t allow ordering ahead so there was a dozen people in line patiently waiting. Alexa did a phenomenal job handling orders and making drinks all by herself. I praised her for a great job because you could tell she was rushing to get to everything. Upon leaving the store an hour later saw two new people at the Starbucks. Glad the shift change brought more, but Alexa deserves all the praise for holding it down.Staff better Target and Starbucks. Don’t burnout your employees.
