Hands down the best Starbucks staff I’ve ever encountered. Great service and can’t beat their warmth and personality. Treat me better than members of my own family. LOL. Definitely recommend.

It was my first and likely my last visit to this branch, so I cannot comment on the food or atmosphere. However, my experience with the service left much to be desired. As someone who used to work for Starbucks, I expected a higher standard, especially since the individual who assisted me seemed like an experienced staff member, possibly even the store manager.
I had brought my own Starbucks coffee to be ground, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish:
Attitude: The staff member was dismissive and unprofessional. When I explained that the coffee was my own, she seemed skeptical and gave me a look that made me feel unwelcome. Product Scanning: She scanned the coffee , and when I explained that it was my own, she seemed doubtful, likely because the packaging was different from their current products. Grinding Issue: As the coffee amount decreased, I found whole coffee beans mixed in. To make matters worse, she didn’t take the time to properly empty all the beans into the grinder. I remember Starbucks emphasizing exceptional customer service as a core value, but I didn’t see any effort to uphold that standard here. This experience was very disappointing and far below what I expect from Starbucks.

Fun when you order a coffee and the barista argues with you that is not what you order. Gets offended and runs away. He actually told me that is not what I ordered. He repeated it. Never again.

I had stars that were about to expire. I figured I'd spend them on a bag of whole bean coffee. The problem was, I forgot to put my order in before I left the house. Fortunately, when I got there, there was a line. So I ordered in the app and got in line. BAM! They are so fast, the line was just movin' along! I was so embarrassed to say that I had JUST placed my order on the app. "Bag of coffee? It's ready! Please pull forward..." What?! Am I easily impressed, or are they amazing and super friendly? I think they're amazing and super friendly!
