For being early in the morning with very few patrons, they were very slow, even just handing the drink through the window. We ordered ahead and it wasn't ready, then had to wait more just to have it handed to us. Not impressed with their service at this location.
I ordered online and when I got there my order wasn’t ready. I asked a barista she was rude and just answered “well if it’s not out there then it means we are working on it “ turned her back on me as she spoke and went on her way. I waited another ten minutes and asked a manager about my order.who told me the same “ someone is working on your order. Starbucks like all of us is part of my morning routine. Although I usually encounter great customer services, today was different. The cashier at the window was rude because my rewards card wouldn't scan. How in the scanning world is that my fault. Not only was she irritated taking 30 seconds out of her day to enter the card number , she proceeds to tell the next person who was next to order "she just pulled up so you have to wait."
