I don’t understand why this Starbucks is so slow. I travel often, and I’ve seen Starbucks with less staff same set ups being 20 times faster. 27 minutes for a drink is craziness. They take precedence on the drive-through, but you can’t even get into that because it backs up into the street so you come inside, mobile order, all of them same amount of time. Unfortunately, there’s not another one around. Staff is very friendly, but this is crazy
The service is good, the staff is always friendly. The only complaint I have is the same at all Starbucks. The drive thru line is never clearly delineated so there's often multiple routes people will use to create a drive thru causing confusion and frustration when it's a busy time of day. This endemic to pretty much every Starbucks I've ever visited so that isn't a ding on this one specifically.
Very good service. I refill my card $25 a week religiously. Im there atleast 4 to 5 times a week. Couldn't ask for better service or consistency. They even made my maid of honors wedding cup special!
