I asked for a few items at the window when nobody else was in line, and SB made me feel like I was ignorant and should have known better. If I had been holding up customers behind me I would have understood. They also gave me a few drops of cream when I asked for a little... They took that very literally (a very LITTLE amount). Sorry but to me it was very poor customer service. Hopefully they aren't like this to other customers as well.
Everyone was VERY friendly and accommodating! Wonderful staff, they look like they have been together for a long time, like family. I had the opportunity to meet the manager of the store. Lovely woman! High 10 out of 10
I love this location. I stop often on my way to take my son daycare and the line is always minimal and the drinks always perfect. Today Sebastian rocked my oat milk flat white, thank you guys!!
