The sandwiches are made well. But the bread is almost always on the hard side.
They always forget side ranch or vinaigrette, and napkins. It's a 50/50 chance if I ever get anything good right.

i asked for bacon twice , didnt get any bacon and my husband didnt get any avocado on the sandwich that comes with avocado :(

we went last night a gentleman by the name, Julian and a young lady name Joanne helped us with our order very nice and friendly workers as soon as we walk in the door, they welcome us in And right away helped us. We had a question about a sandwich and they gave us every detail. We need more people like them. We really appreciate it Julian and Joanne.

I'm so done with Subway. We went there today for one very simple purpose. They're still promoting the Happy Gilmore cups, but guess what! An employee told us they're sold out, and apparently it's like that at every Subway. Went there for cups, and received a ton of rage. Not eating there again for a minute out of rage.

Ordered online, wasn't ready when said it was going to be ready. Lady at counter can't even follow a basic sheet of ingredients, charged for avocado and no avocado. Asked for cucumbers, got no cucumbers. I should have just watched her make it. Either way, done with this location if she's in there. Also fun to get option of chips, orders 2 lays and Ms Vickie's jalapeno but get there and they say all they have is what's on the counter. Only red Doritos. Why give the option. Can't build a sammich or supply person is horrible.

This place needs to retrain, fire, hire more staff, whatever, but something needs to change. The workers are so slow, they try to work on multiple sandwiches at once which causes so many mistakes. They had my sandwich sitting for a long time after being toasted and they began other online orders, while I’m standing in front of them in person. Finish what you start. What is the management doing with this place? Do you not manage your staff?

Don't order Uber or door dash from here. They don't care about your order or pay attention. My bread was soggy because they didn't toast it. I got the wrong cheese and mixed matched toppings from my two sub orders. They gave me the wrong chips as well. Next time call if you don't know if I want a replacement or not. I get it you are trying to get by and make money. Well im trying to eat, I don't have time to bus and eat without a vehicle or time to spare to make sure you know how to do my sandwich.
These guys have a PhD in messing up sandwiches it's actually insanely impressive. My 5 year old brother can follow directions better than these imbeciles. I actually have a theory it's on purpose cause how do you mess up a SANDWICH so horribly.
Paid extra for additional items and it wasn't even put in my protein bowl for ordering ahead they had enough time to make it right with everything I asked for i ordered it before I left work.. I will no longer be purchasing from this store
Never had a problem with this subway but today I bought two subs and I only got one they were both a footlong and got a replacement and was only a 6 inch never again tried calling no answer
I ordered from the Subway app 3 sandwiches. 2 of them where footlongs and 1 was a 6 inch. The app said the order should be ready by the time I got there. Not only was my food not ready when I got there but I was completely ignored even though 2 employees saw me. So I had to stand in line just to tell them I'm here for my order that I ordered from the app. Once I got the sandwiches not only were all 3 of them wrong but I found 2 hairs in the footlong that I was eating halfway through it. This happened on 04/10/25 please becare if your gonna order from the app or use Uber Eats with them.
