I cannot believe I am writing this review. I simply went in to get a BLT and that's what I ordered. I went to the bathroom, picked up my sandwich and went on my way for a picnic. I get to my location and I find my sandwich is bread and bacon three slim slices. No lettuce tomato mayonnaise. It's a BLT.

Very disappointed. I placed a mobile order for its convenience & it was such an inconvenience. Placed my pickup order at 6:40pm with a pick up time of 7:00pm. I go in 7:09pm they claim a mishap happen on their end and to give them Five minutes to complete mine.. they cleared lobby and still nothing on my order, so i wait in express line again and he says it’s ready, it was sitting there. He claims it was ready 5 Mins ago, So why had they not said anything instead of just letting me sit around. My ready time for my two footlongs was Not at 7pm as stated but at 7:35 As show in my screenshot. I even tipped 2.42 BEFOREHAND, which i shouldn’t have. Smh and they messed up one of my subs as well.

It's very bothersome to me when they use the same knife to cut the sandwich and its all full of mayo ,mustard or tuna ,when you don't ask for those items ,also they store the knife between the counter and use it to slice the sandwich,without washing it , that really grosses me out and it can create bacteria, please change that promptly . I like subway ,will not eat there till that is changed , also the floor was very dusty.

Thank you subway there was a gentelman and a young lady .i came in around1245 in the after noon and my sandwich was the bomb. Yeahll made my sandwich awsome. Thank you it was a tuna and a ham sandwich.yeahll were awdome customer service you made my day. Thank

Ba careful when you order online because they don’t make the orders right. I ordered two separate orders for 4 sandwiches in total and every single one of them was made wrong. Since you order online they take advantage of that and give you the worst quality of food. The sandwiches had very little chicken and some of the sandwiches had ingredients we didn’t even order on them.

I ordered 2 footlong sub clubs on the app. The gal who made them was rude. She didn’t engage with me at all, but instead carried on a conversation with the guy working on another order. I heard her say, “I’d rather not be here!” I asked for dressing on the side and she acted like it was a major inconvenience.I had prepaid on the app but added two bags of chips and paid cash for them. She never offered to place the chips and dressing cups in a bag…I had to ask.I thanked her in a cheerful voice but she never thanked me at all. She ignored me as she walked away from the register. In my opinion, if she really didn’t want to be there, she should find a job where she does enjoy being at work. I won’t go bac to that location.

I've been with subway 20 yrs plus.. on and off but I also eat at subway that's one of my favorite spots.. but today was the worst ever I repeated myself more the 5x to explain how I wanted my sandwich..maybe they need to talk to them to pay closer attention to the customer.. instead of being in a rush yes is lunch hour but come on be professional about it..I rated it a 1star and I never done that ... my sandwich looked ugly all burnt ..

They are putting hardly any meat on my and my husband's roast beef sandwiches. The worse sandwich I ever got from subway. Will not be going back to subway.I know they have to save money but should not be of quality.
